Please note the dates for completion of each round (once the draw has been published).

You are asked to arrange to play matches as early as possible within, or before if you have the opportunity, the target period for each round, to allow for alternative dates to be arranged if there are cancellations.

You can use the facility on the website to record all the times / days you would be available for the current round

(Click "Details" on the line for this competition in the "My Upcoming Competitions" section of your Home page)

Then contact your opponent and ask them to do likewise if not already done. Matches can be arranged in hours rather than days and if required, re-arranged dates are immediately obvious – maximising the opportunities to play.

Results?

Once the match is completed please remember to enter the result on the system asap, ideally via the touch screen at the club after the match, which will allow the next round opponents to see the result asap thus again maximising time available to play the next round.
