Setup:- Mixed Greensomes Stableford off Yellow & Red tees.

Yellow used for Indexes. Cash Entry fee £3 per player. 3 Prizes, Countback used if reqd.

Starting:- from 13:04 until 14:16 at 8 min intervals, from both tees, max 40 pairs.

Entry:-  via signup sheet in the Foyer. Entrants will be transferred onto the system by the office / administrator the week before the event.

On the day:- Pairs should collect the scorecard from the registration desk and pay their entry fee. Then check in on the touchscreen before playing. After playing one of the team should enter the team score for each hole via the touchscreen before handing in Score card to to Paul Shipway,

Minimum 6 drives per person, players should mark on the card the initials of the player whose drive was used for each hole.

All putts to be putted out.

Food on a rolling basis from 5.30pm.

Honey Glazed Gammon with Parsley Sauce, Roasted Potatoes and vegetables, followed by Lemon Posset with Handmade Shortbread (or Cheese & Biscuits for those that specifically requested them on the sign-up sheet) and tea or coffee. £15pp to be charged to bar cards.
