Setup:- Members and invited guests Mixed Texas Scramble, Prizes for top 3.

Start sheet:- from 13:04 until 14:15 at 8 min intervals , off both tees. Max 20 teams of 4.

Tees - Men: Yellow & Ladies: Red

Minimum of 3 drives per player

Entry:- Via the signup sheet in the Foyer. Please ensure names are clearly written. Entrants will be transferred onto the system by the office / administrator the week before the event.

On the day:- Collect scorecard from registration desk IN PRO-SHOP and pay entry fee of £12 per team & GREEN FEE for non-members. Check in on the touchscreen to confirm players names and handicaps. Guests (AWAY PLAYERS) may need to update their handicap during the check-in process.

Enter team scores on completion and then return cards RED BOX in LOUNGE BAR

Scoring:- Please enter Gross Scores in Player A column and Drives taken in the Markers column (Name or Initials). One signature required.

Food is on a rolling basis from 5.45pm

2 course meal with tea or coffee £15 per person

Consisting Carvery followed by Apple Crumble & custard
