Online Entry for Downs Trophy 2024- a.m.

A 36-holes medal strokeplay tournament ( scratch and Handicap ) which is a qualifying event for the Surrey County Golf Union Order of Merit. It is open to men amateurs with handicaps of 9 or lower. Min age 16 on the day of the event. Limited to 54 players.
The player with the winning gross score over 36 holes will retain the Downs Trophy for 1 year.
In the event of a tie for the Downs Trophy, a sudden death play-off will take place on the 1st hole until a winner is determined. If there is insufficient light to complete the play-off, the winner will be decided by countback.
All other ties will be decided on countback over the last 18,9,6,3 holes etc.
No player may win more than one prize.
To qualify for a prize, the player must be present at the prize giving.
Refunds will only be given for withdrawals up to 7 days before the event.
The club reserve the right to refuse entry to any player.
This competition requires that fees be paid to complete entry. If the payment process is not completed, your entry may be removed.
